Questions when processing reports is stopped:
1. What is the XPP version?
2. Check whether ExpertPowerPlusAgent.exe in status Running in Task Manager / Details of appropriate server.
In Task Manager / Services it is called XPWPlusAgent_ExpertPower
3. What is free space on disc where XPP services are installed.
4. Check latest log of ReportGenerator. From which date the log?C:\Program Files (x86)\Satec LTD\ExpertPower\ReportGenerator\Logs
5. Is existing Report Generator in run processes? If "yes" close the process. It should be ran only when creating reports are being processed.
6. Is communication to devices working properly or stopped too?
