  2. External contact R_G1 is being operated by Generator#1 when the generator is starting and released when the generator stops.

Connections

 

  1. Contact of external R_G1 is connected to DI#3 of EM133 (first digital input on 4DI/2DO module).
  2. Contact of external R_G2 is connected to DI#4 of EM133 (second digital input on 4DI/2DO module).
  3. Embedded in EM133 Relay#1 is connected to embedded in same EM133 DI#1.
  4. Contact of Relay RO#2 in 4DI/2DO of EM133 is connected between Relay#1 and DI#1 of EM133.

 

  • In this example energy consumption of both generator will be stored in energy counter "TOU Summary Register#2" . See bellow TOU Setup
  • Optionally energy of each generator can be stored in separate energy counter.


 

When DI#3 or DI#4 on 2DI/2DO module is closed Relay#2 (K1 in the module) will be closed and appropriate event will be recorded into Event log EM133.

Closing Relay#2 will causing that pulses from Relay#1 will be sent to DI#1 in the EM133.

In order to measure energy of each generator in separate register do next changes:

 

1. Connect Terminal #7 from Relay#1 vie contact of Relay#3 (K2) 


2. In TOU Setup add TOU Register#3 with Source DI2.





3. In setpoints change last action to Relay#3 instead of Realy#2.
